ABOUT LAUREN

After living in NYC for 12 amazing years, I married my husband (a lovely German) and followed my heart off to Europe. We spent two years in London. Followed by almost 2 years now in Germany. Our first baby, William, was born in November of last year. My second baby, which I also birthed that same year, was my consulting business which offers Recruitment, HR Consulting, Executive Coaching services.

What is your favourite travel hack with kids?

I tend to do a lot of long haul travel! I try to always book the last flight out so it encapsulates sleeping time!

What do you do for self care?3 things, all at once. Satin eye mask, lavender oil, podcasts = typically induce a catatonic relaxing state.
